Shane P. Burns is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on personal injury, workers’ compensation, business disputes, and zoning matters. He is committed to advocating for individuals whose lives have been disrupted by injury and for businesses navigating complex legal challenges.
Before entering the legal profession, Shane served in the United States Marine Corps, was a successful entrepreneur, and a union-affiliated career firefighter. A career-ending injury led him to pursue law, driven by a desire to help others facing similar life-altering circumstances.
Shane’s experience includes assisting in settling a multi-million-dollar motorcycle crash case using multimedia visual demonstratives, defending a breach-of-warranty case at trial, and assisting in multiple zoning board of appeals matters, all resulting in successful outcomes.

Attorney Burns resides in Wethersfield with his two children. When not in the office or chasing his two boys around, he enjoys golf, skiing, and working out.
